Arc De Triomphe Hotel - Paris

No bells, no whistles, just facts.

An excellent stop for short stays. The location is superb, with easy access to metro and bus services. Room offerings are satisfactory but can feel cramped with more guests. Issues with bathrooms and the noise can disrupt comfort. While it met my basic needs, the experience leaves room for improvement in several areas.

This hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, has AMIABLE stuff and magnificent location to different tourist attractions. The property provides an amazing service. Its nice to have wake up service and ironing for free too.

Wonderful tranquil place with good and stunning location next to main attractions and the Arc de Triomphe, metro and RER station. Cosy room with marvellous views on the sky.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, addressing our needs promptly! The room was generous with excellent heating and amenities!

Breakfast was very good - perhaps a change of scenery would be desirable.

Due to the small breakfast room the noise level was very high. Our room on the courtyard side was actually very dark (also the lamps were not well placed). Furthermore, it is really not necessary to change the towels, although they have not been laid on the floor. "Environmental Thought"

Room 9 was situated very quietly against a courtyard. Location of the hotel in a quiet side street.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the

Arc de Triomphe and with plenty of dining options nearby.

We especially like the two rooms with connecting door, this is a small suite, ideal for families. And then there is the balcony, simply fantastic! Very high quality shampoo & shower gel!

Please do not save on toilet paper and Kleenex towels.

This hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, has cooperative staff and excellent location in the area of center Paris. It is set in the heart of the city👍

Amazing location and staff!

I stayed here for 14 nights with my fam, and it was hella fun. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything! Our room was cozy and fit us perfectly. The breakfast was delicious too. We could even have it in-room! Just wish the sink was a bit bigger. I can't wait to go back!

Family Suitable Experience with Minor Issues

The location near the iconic monument was just unbeatable, we could walk everywhere and the staff. One night, when we returned late, they even helped us find a nearby restaurant that was still open, and the food was very nice.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for our stay.

Close to metro, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Felt safe in the area! Very clean, good bedding and towels. Has a safe and mini bar/fridge. Rooms are a good size.

The lift is very very very small!! Only enough for 1 person and 1 suitcase. I went with my mum on this trip and asked for a twin room, when we got in the room, it's was made as a double, I told the guy on reception, it was hard to explain in the end we separated the beds and we were given another duvet, and the next day the room was made into a twin, the only other problem was the toilet in our room was too close to the wall which meant unless you were a child you have to sit on the toilet at an angle, not ideal!
